Questions

Are you the official government portal?

No. We are a private company that prepares and files applications on your behalf. Applications go to the Ministry of Interior portal and the decision is made by the authority alone. You can file the same application yourself and pay only the government fee.

What exactly do I pay?

The government fee plus our fee, always apart. Egypt: 122 PLN and 47 PLN, 169 PLN in total. ESTA: 162 PLN and 67 PLN, 229 PLN in total. No subscription and no margin hidden inside one figure.

What if the authority refuses?

The government fee is not refunded, because the authority does not refund it — we do not promise otherwise. Our fee is refunded in full before filing and at 75% once reviewed.

What happens to my passport?

The image is encrypted in your browser before anything is sent. We use no external OCR service, store data on EU servers, and delete source documents automatically after filing. Every access is logged.
