Terms of service
This page shows the structure and the principles we intend to apply. It is not a published document; a qualified lawyer reviews it before we sell anything.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by SaltLoc Group LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, under the VisaMio brand. Contact: contact@visamio.com.
We prepare visa applications on your behalf, check the completeness of the data and file the application in the competent authority's system. We are not a government authority, an embassy or their representative and we take no official decision for you.
2. Price
The price is the government fee plus our service fee. Both amounts, the exchange rate and the rate date are shown before payment. An exchange-rate movement after payment changes neither the amount you pay nor our fee.
3. Timing
The processing time depends solely on the authority and is not guaranteed by us. We commit to filing within 24 hours on business days after a confirmed payment.
4. Refunds
Our fee is refunded in full if the application has not yet been reviewed by our operator, and at 75% if it has. After filing, our fee is not refundable. The government fee is not refundable where the authority does not refund it.
5. Liability
We are liable for our own errors, in particular for mis-transcribing data read from your document, and in that case we also cover the cost of a repeated application. Our liability is capped at the value of the order. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
6. Your data
See the privacy notice. Where an agency files on behalf of a traveller, the agency remains the controller and we act as processor under a data-processing agreement.
