Draft for legal review

Privacy notice

This page shows the commitments we actually enforce technically, not a set of clauses. A lawyer completes the document before we sell anything.

What we collect

  • Passport data: names, number, issue and expiry dates, nationality, date and place of birth.
  • The passport bio-page image and the portrait photo.
  • Contact details: email, phone, address.
  • Trip details: arrival date, arrival port, accommodation.
  • Billing data: order number, amount, payment status.

We do not collect national insurance or social security numbers, religion, orientation, health data or family details unless the authority of a given country requires a specific field — and then we ask for that one field and explain why.

How documents are protected

  1. The file is encrypted in your browser before it leaves your device.
  2. Only encrypted data reaches our servers; the key is unique per application.
  3. Data is stored on EU servers.
  4. Our operator sees the passport number partially; full views require a deliberate unlock.
  5. Every access to a document is logged — who, when and from where.
  6. Source documents are deleted automatically after filing.
  7. We send nothing to external OCR services.

Who is responsible

For a direct purchase the controller is SaltLoc Group LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (VisaMio), contact@visamio.com. Where a travel agency files the application, the agency remains the controller and we act as processor.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests by email; we answer within 30 days, and you may complain to your national data-protection authority and to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
