What the authority charges, what we charge, and what cannot be refunded if the authority refuses.
Two lines, one payment
The destination authority charges for considering the application. We charge for preparing and filing it. Both amounts, the exchange rate and the rate date are on screen before you pay. There is no subscription.
For a 30-day Egypt e-visa the government fee is 122 PLN and our fee is 47 PLN, 169 PLN in total. Both amounts are shown separately.
What the authority does not refund
A refusal does not return the government fee, and we do not promise that it does. Our fee is refunded in full if we have not filed yet, and at 75% once the file has been reviewed. The terms say this in the body of the contract, not in a footnote.
You can file it yourself
We are a private company. You can submit the same Egypt application on the ministry portal and pay only the government fee. You pay us to prepare the file, check the passport and have a person submit it, with the reference number afterwards.
